  • Each individual has been endowed with a talent and a hidden gift and we need to indentify this endowed talent and be trained to its perfection.
  • Education imparted should not be materialistic. It should be religious.
  • Self confidence, self reliance, self dedication and self realisation are the 4 components that should be imparted through education.
  • The rural and tribal people have to be taught the value of vote.

Sh. A.R. Kohli
  • India is a rich country with pockets of poverty. It has three parts 1. The Rich 2. The Middle Class and 3. The Poor
  • There is a need to shift part 3rd of India to the 2nd India and a few from 2nd should shift to 1st India.
  • Indian companies have a much higher rate of growth compared the US companies.
  • Goverment has been elected by the people themselves, hence we can't blame them for the slow development of India.
  • He gave the history of growth of India since 1901 till today and highlighted the role of Sardar Patel that we are one India today. And also highlighted the visionary policies of Nehru.
  • We need to develop the rural and tribal India economically based on the qualification and experience that they have. We have to uplift these 55% of people who need a helping hand.
  • Training has three components- Knowledge, upgradation of thier skills, developing a positive mental attitude.

Sh. B.K. Modi
  • Unless everybody is educated, can interconnect with each other, India cannot grow into a developed nation.
  • Dividing humanity by nations, religions and other grounds should be abolished and we need to interconnect.
  • Leadership should be such where we take our sanskriti in the right way.
  • There has to be a new way of creating a knowledge society and India can play a lead role.
  • Let us involve other countries of the world in this type of venture.

Sh. Subhash Chandra
 
  • The benefit of the economic development since 1951 has still not reached the villages of india.
  • Knowledge can be attained through books but intellect needs to be developed.
